What is data loading?

Data pre-loading is a simple process of pre-loading or copying files into a USB flash drive. Clients use pre-loaded drives to distribute all sorts of files to customers, employees, students, etc. By distributing your files on a USB flash drive you save on the cost of printing and you help the environment. You can preload any file type and as many different files as you want. The most common pre-loads are PDF brochures or catalogs, movie clips (commercials or training videos), PowerPoint presentations, and Word documents. There is no limit to what files you can load onto a USB drive.

Where is the data loading done?

All data loading is performed at our suppliers plant here in the United States. This insures quality and security of your client's information. Never send your customers' sensitive information overseas again.

What can be put on the drive?

Any file that a computer can use, within the size limits of your flash drive, can be placed on the USB drive. You can have a link to your website; a 30-second video spot for your company; a PowerPoint presentation; a PDF of your catalog; or even a special computer program. The possibilities are endless!

Is it compatitible with Macintosh and Windows computers?

Yes, basic data loading is a usable option for both Mac and Windows computers as long as the files you put on the drive work on both systems. Other options, found below, may not be compatible with certain versions of Macintosh or Windows - but the flash drive will still be usable for data storage and retrieval.
